I have been a councillor for Idle and Thackey for 16 years and for the past 10 years I have lead the Liberal Democrat group on Bradford city council.

I live in Idle with my family and in my spare time I do a lot of fund-raising for Marie Curie Cancer charity, belong to a local history group and this year I have been training to cycle across India next year.
